Providing district-wide suppport for their team of instructional coaches and site specific support for schools in need of improvement. Their district-wide writing plan is modeled in part after Charlotte's book, Backwards Planning for Success with Writing
Franklin McKinley Unified School District

Charlotte has been providing grade-alike training for a group of elementary sites in this district. The highest gaining sites for the last 3 years have been the sites working with her.
Atwater Unified School District
Charlotte is launching a district-wide writing program this year in Atwater.
This will include:
- a year-long plan for each grade level across all genres.
- a system of on-demand writing prompts which align with the instructional focus on writing process and mastery of writing standards
- a focus on informative writing and research reports across all grade levels.
